Moreover, the team leading Insightful is young and very energetic, yet their work approach exudes experience and a clear vision regarding where Insightful is heading as a company and how to get there, which is quite incredible.
Another thing that particularly impressed me was the relevance of the product. Upon my first encounter with the software, I realized how much it would help me in my work with teams to make their work even more quality-driven and productive, and as a result, elevate the user experience to an even higher level. As I became more acquainted with the product, it became clear to me the significant role it plays in hybrid and remote companies, how important it already is, and how crucial it will be for businesses in the future.
That's why I want us to build and develop the Insightful Support team as a team of experts on our product with a full understanding of our clients’ businesses. The Support Team will thus be a trusted partner for both internal stakeholders and external clients, with whom we will collectively learn and grow in a field that is new and highly innovative.
Insightful software is evolving very dynamically since new areas where it can be beneficial are continuously being discovered and implemented. Therefore, the most significant task and the most beautiful challenge for the Support team will be to accompany and support our clients on the path of such development. This means that our role in the future will be to reveal new potentials and offer solutions to clients even before they themselves become aware of them."
