Insightful, an advanced remote work software, already offers an impressive suite of workforce analytics and time-monitoring capabilities. However, we wanted to raise the bar higher and introduce a new AI-driven feature. InsightsAI was created to help you better understand, manage, and support your team with accurate and immediate insights. All you have to do is ask the right questions.

What inspired this venture into Artificial Intelligence? We wanted to design a feature that could collect data from the Insightful platform and break it down into immediate, accurate feedback. Even more, we aim to introduce an entirely new workforce management style.

With InsightsAI, we wanted to address a common issue related to workforce management: data overload. 

‍

Day in and out, you’re probably buried under mountains of information, unsure how to sort, interpret, or even act on it. InsightsAI can review these complex data sets for you and give you a quick and easy-to-grasp analysis. Instead of spending time crunching numbers, you can get instant insights into productivity trends, employee performance, and other important data.

Having an AI chatbot do the so-called grunt work is a new concept. We noticed a lot of managerial focus is wasted on repetitive, time-consuming tasks. InsightsAI can analyze every aspect of your business—from workload distribution to employee well-being—allowing you to focus on what truly matters.

We call this AI-guided management.

The feature will be available as an add-on on our platform in the form of a search bar, accessible with the Insightful dashboard.

Once you activate the chatbot, you can type in any question you may have about your workforce. For example, you can ask InsightsAI to give you a rundown of productivity trends within the last 6 months. Each answer is based on monitoring remote workers' productivity and the comprehensive stats from Insighful’s reports.

While working on InsightsAI, we talked to managers, HR experts, CEOs, and others in leadership positions to understand what they really needed from their data. This wasn't a one-off conversation but a series of discussions that helped shape InsightsAI into a powerful feature that's also easy to use.
