We've reworked the Manage Teams permission to give managers more control over creating, editing, and deleting teams.

Now, when a manager creates a new team, it's automatically assigned to their scope. Managers can also edit employees within their teams, even if those employees are outside their direct scope. Additionally, they can move employees between teams within their scope for greater flexibility.
