Understand the Way Employees Use Their Time

Our new Categorization feature enables you to analyze how employees utilize work hours across different apps and websites, grouped into categories. Category view allows you to view and filter apps and websites by category. It provides insights into time spent per category on the employee and team levels, offering a comprehensive view to analyze work patterns.

We categorize apps and websites automatically into one of 16 predefined categories. If the predefined category does not suit your business needs, you can change it. When a category is changed it will also be recorded in your Audit logs. Both admins and managers (with applicable permissions) are able to see categories for apps/websites. However, only admins have the authority to modify them.
