With our recent release, we bring an additional lens to your workforce analysis.
Our new functionality, Engagement Levels, enables you to uncover patterns in employee work habits, understanding when and how they are most engaged during the day. This insight empowers you to optimize workflows and identify those in need of support.
To view the Engagement Level, visit the Activities page and find the Engagement column in the timeline table. The percentage indicates employee engagement based on mouse and keyboard usage, calculated for active time periods and excluding breaks, manual input, or idle periods.
